Talentless Nana, which will be aired as an anime from October, appears to be a supernatural battle manga in which boys and girls with special abilities fight against the "enemies of humanity" that threaten the world, but in fact it is not. The true identity of humanity's enemies is a group of people with superhuman abilities who could bring down social order. At a school on an isolated island in the middle of the ocean where people with special abilities gather, the main character, Nana Hiiragi, who has no special abilities, uses her incredible intelligence, courage, and cunning to fight and assassinate the people with special abilities. In other words, it is a suspense story of a battle of wits. And as this is a story of that nature, there are many victims at the hands of the main character. Here we have compiled a list of those victims.

Victim #1: Nakajima Nanao

Nakajima-kun Before He Died

The first victim, whose ability is "ability nullification," is portrayed as the protagonist of the first episode of this series. Nanao doesn't reveal his ability to his classmates and is ridiculed as incompetent. However, the arrival of the cheerful and unafraid transfer student, Hiiragi Nana, marks a turning point for him. Born into a wealthy, strict family, Nanao is also denounced as incompetent by his own family. Despite this, Nanao respects his father and wants to live up to his expectations.

Cause of Death: Pushed off a cliff into the sea

Nakajima-kun is dead

Nana, seeing Nanao's condition, nostalgically encourages him to run for class representative, but ends up facing off against the class's central figures, Moguo Iijima and Seiya Gun. Nanao ultimately declines the position, but when the aftermath of the Moguo and Seiya confrontation threatens to hit Nana, he risks his life to protect her and reveals his ability to "nullify powers." However, Nanao is then pushed off a cliff by Nana. As an assassin, Nana's greatest concern was the abilities of those with special abilities. When she realized that Nanao's abilities weren't an obstacle, she pushed him off a cliff, killing him.

Victim #2: Shibusawa Yohei

Shibusawa-kun before his death

The second victim's ability was "time travel." It was a terrifying ability that allowed him to travel back in time and even change the past. It would be the worst possible scenario if he were to go back in time and witness his own crimes. When another transfer student, Onodera Kyoya, asked Nana to investigate Nanao's disappearance, he became a person Nana needed to eliminate immediately. Nana approaches Yohei, revealing the nature of his powers through his sociability and eloquence.

Cause of Death: Drowning in water if sent back in time

Shibusawa-kun is dead

Yohei, never expecting Nana to be trying to kill him, reveals his weaknesses: if he makes eye contact with someone in the past, he will be sent back, and if he goes back in time, he will become extremely tired. Nana calls Yohei and lies, saying that Nanao was attacked by an enemy of humanity at a certain point. However, that point was on a pond that Seiya Gun had frozen during class. After returning to the past, Yohei finds himself swimming upstream on an unfrozen pond. Unable to swim and exhausted by his powers, he drowns helplessly.

Victim #3: Hatahei Tsunekichi

Hatahei in his lifetime

The third victim was supposed to be Onodera Kyoya, but Kyoya's power of "immortality" prevented him from being killed. Tsunekichi's power was "future prediction." He could take five shots of the future with an instant camera while he slept. And his predictions were guaranteed to be accurate. Using his precognitive abilities, Tsunekichi discovers that Nana is the murderer of Nanao, and tries to force Nana into doing something erotic.

Cause of Death: Poisoning

Hataro-kun has died

Tsunekichi, whose predictions are sure to come true, believed he had the upper hand after foreseeing Nana's death. However, the scene of Nana's death was a selfie Nana had prepared herself. Nana catches Tsunekichi off guard by switching the photo and kills him with a poisonous needle. However, Nana also predicts that Michiru and Kyoya will appear at the scene, so she must dispel Kyoya's suspicions.

Victim #4: Sasaki Yuuka

Sasaki-san before his death

The next targets were Shinji Kazama, a necromancer, and his girlfriend, Yuuka Sasaki, who possesses superhuman strength. During Tsunekichi's funeral, Kyoya requests an autopsy on the body. This is a troubling suggestion for Nana, and she tries to stop Kyoya, but just then, a corpse rises. It's the power of Shinji Kazama, a necromancer with the ability to control corpses. Knowing that the necromancer's powers allow him to control corpses and know what the corpse knows, Nana must kill Shinji and his girlfriend, Yuka Sasaki, who would likely be the first to raise a fuss if he were to die.

Cause of Death: Mental Break

Sasaki-san, who's about to die

He sneaks into Shinji's house in the middle of the night, stabs him with a poisonous needle, and then tries to kill Yuka, but Shinji stops him. In reality, Yuka was the necromancer, and Shinji was a man of superhuman strength. Yuka was controlling Shinji's corpse. With each party grasping the other's weaknesses, they began killing each other, and Yuka controlled the corpses on the island to corner Nana, but it was revealed that she could not control the corpses in sunlight, that Shinji and Yuka were not lovers at all, that Yuka was Shinji's stalker, and that it was Yuka who indirectly killed Shinji, and she lost her will to fight. She was then condemned and thrown off a cliff into the sea.

Victim #5: Kirara Hanyu

Hanyu-san Will Die Soon

The fifth victim was Kirara Hanyu, a "poison" user. She was a gal who bullied Michiru along with her classmate Kaori Takanashi. She regularly had to hunt reptiles, and while she was outside catching a snake, Nana, who had killed Yuka, happened to pass by. While killing her was a low priority, she poisoned her with her poisonous stinger to avoid Kyoya's suspicions.

Victim No. 6: Kaori Takanashi

Takanashi-san is dead

The sixth victim was Kaori Takanashi, who possessed the ability of "short-distance teleportation." She was a girl who hung out with Kirara and used to tease Michiru together. Whenever a victim or disappearance occurred, Kyoya always suspected Nana's whereabouts were unknown, so to create an alibi, she planted poison in the solution in her colored contact lenses and killed her at different times. However, Kyoya drank the solution, revealing that she had been poisoned, so suspicions were not completely dispelled.

Victim #7: Ryuji Ishii

Ishii-kun is dead

The seventh victim, a "body shrinking" ability, was killed by an unknown assailant who slashed his back and throat. The murderer, however, was not Nana, but someone else. Kyoya's investigation revealed the suspect to be his girlfriend, Fuuko Sorano, who possessed the "atmospheric manipulation" ability. However, Fuuko was not the culprit. The fatal wound was to the back, and the throat wound was Ryuji's instruction, leading Kyoya to the real culprit, who had a perfect alibi. However, the case became more complicated when Fuuko, concerned that the body would go undiscovered, transported it.

The Real Culprit

The culprit behind Ryuji's murder and the recent spate of strange animal deaths was Rentaro Tsurumigawa, a man with the ability to "astral projection." Rentaro finds pleasure in destroying and desecrating beautiful things, and he uses his ability to interact with objects to target animals and Ryuji. Rentaro's new target, Michiru Inukai, was narrowly saved by Nana and Kyoya, but Nana was fatally wounded while trying to protect Michiru.

Victim #8: Inukai Michiru

Inukai-san is dead! Cry

A classmate who became Nana's best friend, and a Healing user. He was the one who made Nana, an assassin, begin to question whether it was okay to kill someone with a healing ability if they were good. He possesses the ability to heal wounds, consuming his own lifespan in exchange. He was a kind-hearted person who even tried to help those who bullied him. He became Rentaro's target and was nearly killed, but Nana's intervention seemingly saved him. However, he used his healing ability to revive Nana, who had been fatally wounded, but Michiru died instead. This incident would bring about a profound change in Nana's heart.

Victim #9: Tsurumigawa Rentaro

Tsurumigawa-kun is dead

A murderer with the ability to astral project, he killed Ryuji and attempted to kill Michiru. His motive was a desire to defile beautiful things. He initially abused the island's animals, but eventually became unable to resist and committed murder. After Nana and Kyoya exposed him as the culprit and he fled, he showed no remorse and was condemned by Tachibana Jin.
