However, Akira wakes up when he learns about the members of the Tokise High School Koto Club and about Satowa Hozuki, whom he hated as a rival. And Akira, who had always been at the mercy of his grandmother, begins to change.

Seeing how the members of the Tokise High School Koto Club deal with the koto, Akira gradually begins to dislike his mission of eliminating "this place". At one point, he tells his advisor, Takinami, that he wants to quit coaching, but his desire to help the club grows stronger. In the end, he decides to continue as an outside coach of his own volition.
Even so, Akira's grandmother tries to destroy the Koto Club by any means possible, including investigating the fact that Ai had been involved in a police case.
