However, since Rem's "I got your word," which I chose as number one in the "Famous Scene Ranking," is likely also ranked number one on many sites, I've purposely left that incredibly famous line out of the ranking!
Number 10: You're the reason I swing my sword.
My tenth pick is this line Wilhelm said when he was younger. It's a bit of a cheesy line, hard to imagine coming from the taciturn Wilhelm we know today (lol). Wilhelm was previously powerless against Theresia, but one day, he suddenly appeared before her, who continued to fight as the "Sword Saint," and challenged her to a duel. After defeating Theresia, Wilhelm declared, "I will inherit your reason for swinging the sword. You can be my reason for swinging the sword." They then kissed, seemingly in public, and decided to get married. Later, when Theresa asks Wilhelm, "Are the flowers free?" Wilhelm, who previously answered "I hate them," finally responds, "I don't hate them anymore." It was also a great scene.
Ninth Place: I love you guys so much!!
Ninth place goes to this line Subaru said to an enraged Ram. Ram cornered Ram, believing that Subaru knew something about Rem's death, to a cliff. Ram was so enraged she was no longer listening, but when Subaru told her that he didn't know anything about Ram and Rem, she responded, "You don't know either." When asked what he didn't know, Subaru exclaimed, "That I love you guys!" As Ram looked surprised, he ran toward the cliff, jumped off, and "Returned by Death" to reclaim Rem's world.
Eighth Place: Follow Those Idiots!
For eighth place, we chose the scene in the battle against the White Whale, where Crusch gives the signal to begin the battle. Crusch and the others waited for the White Whale to appear at the time and place Subaru had predicted. When the White Whale finally appears, Crusch prepares to give the command. However, Subaru and Rem charge in and begin their attack, one step ahead of her, and Subaru raises his fist in Crusch's direction. Seeing this, Crusch once again commands her entire army! Looking at Subaru and Rem, she says, "Follow those fools!" Of course, by "fools," she means "fearless fools," not that they're actually stupid (lol).
Seventh Place: Brain-Shaking!!
In seventh place is this phrase, popular among the Witch's Cult!? It's not a particularly famous quote, but it's one that's sure to stick in the minds of anyone who's seen Re:Zero. It's primarily used by Petelgeuse, the Witch's Cult's Archbishop of Sloth. When he gets a little excited, he often utters the mysterious phrase, "My brain is trembling." Petelgeuse has a very striking face, and the voice actor, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka's acting is so convincing that it's a memorable phrase.

This mysterious phrase, "My brain is trembling," seems to be popular among the Witch Cult, as it's used by members other than Betelgeuse. This nameless female madwoman also uses the phrase "My brain is trembling," and she's played by Yoko Hikasa. She delivers a performance that's just as convincing as Yoshitsugu Matsuoka's (lol).
Sixth Place: That's demonic...!
In sixth place is the decisive line that brought Rem and Subaru closer together after defeating the demonic beast. I chose sixth place because the ranking would lose interest if it were dominated by Rem, but some people might even choose it as number one. I introduced "You're possessed by a demon" as a famous line from this scene, but even before we got to that line, there was a parade of great lines! The scene leading up to Subaru waking up and saying "You're possessed by a demon" was packed with highlights, enough to make a ranking of famous lines.
Subaru also uses the phrase "Demonically accustomed"
This "Demonically accustomed" phrase isn't just used by Rem; Subaru was the first to use it. "Demonically accustomed" is a superset of "Godly" and Subaru has been using it since before he realized Rem and the others were demons. Using this phrase in front of Rem, a demon, might just make Subaru a natural flirt (lol).
No. 5: Lift your head, look forward, and reach out.
My fifth choice is this line Crusch says to a depressed Subaru. At the time, Subaru was feeling down and nothing was going well, and he was sitting across from Crusch at night. Seeing Subaru's head drop, Crusch tells him, "Don't look down, Natsuki Subaru," and continues to encourage him, using the words "Lift your head, look forward, and reach out." This was before the battle with the White Whale, and Subaru and Crusch were still good friends. Even so, Crusch seemed to acknowledge Subaru to some extent, saying at the end, "I don't want to think of you as a worthless enemy."
Fourth Place: I... I... Love You!
My fourth choice is this line Wilhelm uttered after successfully defeating the White Whale. Needless to say, this "you" was directed at Theresa, who lost her life in the battle, but compared to Wilhelm's past scenes, this is a more moving and memorable scene. The scene where Wilhelm, who bashfully replied "You can guess" when asked by Thearesia if he loved her back then, clearly says, "I love you." This was a memorable scene and quote, filled with a variety of emotions.
Third Place: Thank you for the meal♪
My third choice is this line Rem uttered when she caught Subaru as he fell from the sky. She didn't say it after eating anything in particular, but it was a great line to say to Subaru, who had jumped into her arms. While we can vaguely guess what she meant, we don't know the exact meaning. In situations like this, the male would usually say "Thank you for the meal," but Rem saying it made a strong impression (lol). Incidentally, it seems that "Thank you for the meal" is also used as a catchphrase when hitting the jackpot on a slot machine.
Second Place: Thank you, Subaru, for saving me.
My second pick is the final scene in the final episode, where Subaru and Emilia reunite. While Rem had completely usurped the role of heroine from the middle of the series, Emilia truly showed her true colors as the main heroine at the very end. The line, "Thank you, Subaru, for saving me," is just one of many memorable lines from the final scene. It's a touching scene with many other memorable lines, including, "If you say 10 things you hate about yourself, I'll say 2,000 things I love about you."

The line that I chose as the number one quote on the ranking is the one that also serves as the title of the work. When Subaru is completely broken and asks to run away with her, Rem encourages him, saying, "Let's start from here. From one...no, from zero." This scene is also full of great quotes! Every word Rem says to encourage Subaru is a great quote. The heroine's power to blurt out the title of the series... It was such a touching scene that I almost wondered if it was the final episode (lol).
