World Items

These items are at the pinnacle of all items. There are a total of 200 types, each one unique, and possessing one is said to dramatically increase your fame. As the name of the world suggests, each item plays a vital role in the worldview, and thanks to the developers' careful attention to detail, each item possesses extraordinary effects that could potentially disrupt the game's balance.

Blue Potion

A common recovery item in the post-transition world. There are three recipes: herbs only, herbs and magic, and alchemy and magic. The latter has higher effects and costs. When made with alchemy and magic, the effect is equivalent to second-tier healing magic. Due to the legend that "potions represent the blood of the gods," a common joke was that gods' blood is blue.

Medicinal Herb (Enkaishi)

This herb is often used in potions. Poor adventurers sometimes crush it and apply it to wounds instead of potions. It has a strong, pungent odor and can only be harvested for a very short period of time, but it fetches a good price due to the high demand for potions. The medicinal properties are concentrated near the root, and wild-caught plants have a healing effect about 10% greater than cultivated plants.

Throne of the Kings

Obtained by clearing the Catacombs of Nazarick on your first attempt.
To obtain, you must be level 80 or above and clear a dungeon of the appropriate level on your first attempt.

Small Wooden Sculpture

This small, unusual sculpture was the losing item in a 500 yen gacha game, and Ainz handed it to Gazef as he headed off to fight the Sunshine Scriptures. In the anime, it appears to have the effect of allowing the bearer to teleport to those who have crossed over.

Goblin General's Horn

A shabby horn. It's a type of dropped item called an "artifact," which cannot incorporate data crystals. It's a useless item that summons a meager number of very weak goblins.

Mask of the Envious

Abbreviated as "Envious Mask." To obtain it, you must be in Yggdrasil for at least two hours between 7 PM and 10 PM on Christmas Eve. It's a sort of cursed item, meaning that if you have it, you can obtain it without question. However, some players have praised it, saying, "This is what we've been waiting for."

Gem of Death

It has a wide range of uses, including strengthening control over the undead, making it an extremely valuable item for a necromancer. He cooperated with Khajit's "Spiral of Death" with the goal of "spreading death on the world," but he saw through Ainz's power and showed his submission.

Scroll

Source: © Kugane Maruyama, Published by KADOKAWA / Overlord Production Committee

A scroll that can be imbued with magic and used to freely activate it. However, to activate it, you must be able to activate the imbued magic (or, more precisely, you must have mastered a class whose name includes the magic in the list of available spells). It's made by drawing a magic circle on paper using melted Yggdrasil gold coins and then casting the spell to enchant it.

Magic-Sealing Crystal

A crystal that can be imbued with magic and used at will. There appear to be several types. In the new world, France possesses several as legacies of the Six Great Gods.
Nigun possessed one imbued with the magic to summon the "Dominion Authority."

Low-Level Healing Potion (Red Potion)

In Yggdrasil, this was an early-game recovery item that restored 50 HP when consumed. In the post-transition world, it's effective not only when consumed but also when applied to wounds. Since deteriorating blue potions are common in the post-transition world, undeteriorating red potions are extremely rare.

Remote Viewing Mirror

A mirror approximately one meter in diameter that reflects a specified point regardless of distance. While seemingly very useful, it is easily concealed by low-level counter-information magic and is highly susceptible to counterattacks from offensive barriers, making it a rather mediocre item.

Yggdrasil's Gold Coins

Gold coins used in Yggdrasil. There are new coins engraved with a female face and old coins engraved with a male face. While both have the same monetary value, Ainz treasures the old coins, which he feels a deep attachment to. In Yggdrasil, he used these gold coins not only for shopping but also for crafting scrolls and reviving NPCs, and this remains the case in the post-transition world.

Wand

Like a scroll, this item can cast spells, but it has a limited number of uses and breaks after that. The Wand of Resurrection's design exudes a sacred quality.

Hueli

A citrus fruit. Apparently grown around Carne Village, this fruit juice has a refreshing taste, with a refreshing sweetness and tartness that fills the mouth.

Ainz's Equipment

While the names of each item are unknown, Ainz possesses enough God Items to cover his entire body, and these serve as his primary armament.

Amaterasu

A short sword that emits a sun-like sparkle. It is part of the Second Flame and Lightning equipment. It has an additional holy attribute effect against undead, and holy attributes flow into the enemy's body like poison from the point of attack. If an undead wields it, it also inflicts pain on the user. One of the weapons Ainz wielded in his battle with Shalltear.

Gay Bow

A bow capable of dealing elemental damage. Peroroncino's equipment, named after the great Chinese hero Yi (Gei). Because it primarily deals elemental damage, it can even inflict damage on guardians who are completely immune to projectiles. Peroroncino specializes in ultra-long-range attacks.

Compliance with Roses

Touch Me's weapon. It was the prize for winning the official martial arts tournament. Its abilities rival those of the guild's weapons, but naturally, only the world champion can wield it. One of the weapons Ainz wielded in his battle with Shalltear.

Sucking Blood, Devouring Flesh

A giant axe with a red crystal blade. It emits a faint purple light. It was the equipment of one of the Supreme Beings. It has enough attack power to inflict damage through Shalltear's armor.

Tsukuyomi

A short sword that emits a quiet, moon-like glow. A Type II Flame and Lightning equipment. It has the added effect of a holy attribute against undead. One of the weapons Ainz wielded in his battle with Shalltear.

Female Teacher's Iron Fist of Fury

A gigantic, fiendish gauntlet riddled with spikes. Yamaiko's equipment. Attacks have the added effect of knocking enemies back with a shockwave, powerful enough to penetrate Shalltear's defenses.

Wisdom Crown

One of the most treasured treasures of the Slane Theocracy, this "proof" is wielded by six shrine maiden princesses.
It transforms the wearer into an item capable of activating Overmagic (Magic Increase), ignoring the condition of "up to two levels above," allowing them to cast high-level magic (as long as they have the magical power).

Protection Armor, Vitality Gauntlet

Two of the five treasures handed down in the Re-Estize Kingdom. They have the effect of eliminating fatigue and are made of the highest-grade metal (adamantite). Gazef is equipped with these two.

Jet-Black Dagger

This dagger is carried by a member of Team "Jet-Black Sword." It was used as a temporary symbol of the team until the "Jet-Black Sword" possessed by the Thirteen Heroes was found, but Rukurut said, "There is no such thing as a real one or a fake."

It fell into Ainz's hands after the team was wiped out.

Shooting Star Ring

This extremely rare ring allows the player to use the super-tier spell "Wish Upon a Star" three times, improving its effectiveness without consuming experience points. It's a gacha item that Ainz once won after spending all his summer bonus money on it. Ainz and Yamaiko are the only guild members who possess it.

Divine Sword

Brain's equipment. Though not enchanted, this Southern sword boasts exceptional sharpness and is extremely expensive.

Spoiler Trance

Shalltear's God Magic item. Designed like a spiked dropper used in cooking, it boasts a wicked power that, contrary to its silly name, is imbued with a large number of data crystals, allowing it to "recover HP by a certain percentage of the damage dealt." Furthermore, in the new world, Ainz can summon weak monsters and defeat them to significantly recover HP.

Momon's Greatsword

Source: © Kugane Maruyama, Published by KADOKAWA / Overlord Production Committee

These are the two greatswords that Ainz wields when acting as Momon. Because they are magically created, they are interchangeable, and he even used them as throwing weapons in the E-Rantel graveyard.
