One day, Moritaro meets a small, beautiful girl being chased by two men and helps her escape, but the girl is wearing eccentric fashion, colored contacts, an eyepatch and bandages. The girl is a chuunibyou girl who calls herself a vampire. The reason she was being chased was simply because she had picked up something she had lost. Moritaro felt very embarrassed for having gone along with the delusions of a middle-school-aged girl, but the girl sneaked into Moritaro's apartment in the middle of the night and came to bite his neck.
