One-Punch Man was originally a webcomic remade by the renowned artist Yusuke Murata, and was later adapted into an anime! This time, we'd like to introduce you to the super S-class hero, Tatsumaki the Terror, whose design can be completely revamped and then reverted to its original form!
[One-Punch Man] Introducing the profile of Tatsumaki, the number one S-class hero!

Tatsumaki, also known as "Tatsumaki the Terror," is a psychic hero ranked second in S-class. She is the most powerful psychic, possessing powers incomparable to those of her younger sister, Fubuki. While Tatsumaki looks like a young child and behaves like one, she is often mistaken for Fubuki's younger sister. However, at 28 years old, she is five years older than Fubuki and truly is her older sister.

As the No. 2 S-Class Hero, Tatsumaki is the Hero Association's most valuable force, as the No. 1 S-Class Hero, Blast, only acts of his own volition. Perhaps for this reason, she is highly valued within the Hero Association.

As the second-ranked S-Class hero, his strength sets him apart from other heroes. The strength of his telekinesis far surpasses that of his sister Fubuki, and he easily defeats monsters by breaking through all of his opponents' obstruction methods and strong defensive abilities. He has the power to easily defeat even disaster-level demon and dragon enemies that other heroes cannot handle, and can be said to be in a class of his own even among heroes.
Super Powerful Telekinesis

Tatsumaki's telekinesis is powerful enough to engulf large objects or even the enemy itself, creating a powerful attack power comparable to a natural disaster. Furthermore, she can repel long-range attacks and simultaneous attacks from her opponents, providing excellent defensive capabilities and leaving no gaps. Due to her large scale, she has no trouble taking on enemies larger than herself or multiple opponents at once.

During the Dark Matter invasion, she demonstrates her incredible feat by using her telekinesis to deflect all of the high-mass, high-powered cannonballs from the enemy space battleship, crashing them back into the enemy battleship. This shows that Tatsumaki's psychic powers have incredible power and are precise enough to stop and deflect all of the cannonballs.
[One-Punch Man] He looks like a child, and has a childlike personality! That's Tatsumaki (28 years old).
Source: One-Punch Man ©ONE, Yusuke Murata / Shueisha, Hero Association Headquarters
An S-rank, selfish, and extremely self-centered brat (28 years old). She's so individualistic that even if she's fighting with someone, she finds them a nuisance, since her wide-ranging psychic powers get in the way. Her personality is hardly what you'd expect from a hero. Still, the reason she's allowed to be selfish is because she's overwhelmingly strong.
What's the reason for her relentless individualism?

Tatsumaki doesn't fight in cliques, and even believes that connecting with others is a sign of weakness. For this reason, she even tries to destroy Fubuki's gang for her sister's sake. The reason behind this seems to be that as a child, he was transferred to an experimental facility with money from his family, and when he was nearly attacked by an escaped synthetic beast, he was saved by the number one S-class Blast (although it seems he managed to do it himself), who told him, "You should never assume that someone else will save you when the time comes." This seems to have had a strong influence on him.
She's Actually Caring About Her Sister

Tatsumaki is harsh to everyone and refuses to associate with anyone, making her friendless. However, the only person she cares about is her younger sister, Fubuki. She is extremely overprotective and caring towards her younger sister, Fubuki, and is quick to sense when she is taking damage, rushing to her aid and easily defeating the monster. Although Tatsumaki also wishes for her sister to grow, her values as a strong person mean that she is never compatible with Fubuki.
[One Punch Man] Tatsumaki is, for better or worse, a destructive hero!?

To put it mildly, Tatsumaki's terrible personality makes her seem unsuited to being a hero. Or rather, what could possibly go wrong for Tatsumaki to be motivated to become a hero? It seems that her encounter with Blast, the current No. 1 S-Class hero, 18 years ago influenced her decision to become a hero. Tatsumaki's childhood experiences, along with her admiration for Blast, who believed that power was everything and who pursued heroism as a hobby, seem to have driven her to become a hero.
Tatsumaki on a Day Off

A top-tier member of the Hero Association, capable of dealing with even the most severe disasters, she is constantly on the move and active as a hero. However, even when she does occasionally get a day off, she has no friends or hobbies, so she seems to go around finding and eliminating monsters on her own. In that sense, you could say that she's also a hero as a hobby.
Causing great harm to allies and civilians alike

Tatsumaki's psychic powers are powerful enough to easily slay even high-level disaster monsters, but their firepower is so massive that they disregard anyone else. She's like Ultraman, destroying towns while defeating monsters. Whether it's Ultraman or Tatsumaki, if the enemy cannot be defeated, there will be even greater damage, but the general public seems to treat it as part of the disaster.
[One Punch Man] Tatsumaki is cute but reckless, but is that a good thing?
She's a beautiful character, but her personality is that of a brat

Murata's version of Tatsumaki is beautiful, with a slightly larger bust. While she's 28 years old, her appearance doesn't make her look that way at all, and she has a short temper and a self-centered personality. However, for better or worse, she is a selfish and simple-minded child, which makes her rather endearing. Above all, she is popular as a rare female character in One Punch Man. In the original work, she is portrayed as a superior older sister to her younger sister, but loses in popularity polls.
The Fearsome Tamatsuki

In the third One-Punch Man popularity poll held on ONE's website, Tamatsuki performed admirably, coming in sixth place with a total of 14,652 votes. However, this number included Tamatsuki's votes. As you can see, the majority of fans believe Tamatsuki to be Tamatsuki.
The art often returns to the original

Though Tatsumaki's design has been changed to a more beautiful one in Murata's version, the art frequently returns to the original style by ONE. The art often returns to the original style, mainly in comedy scenes, so it seems like the art returns to the original when the tension eases.
Bad Drinking Habits
Source: One-Punch Man ©ONE, Yusuke Murata / Shueisha, Hero Association Headquarters
At 28 years old, drinking alcohol is no problem for Tatsumaki. However, in episode 6 of the OVA, she gets drunk and uses her psychic powers indiscriminately, resulting in a murder. However, the root cause of her crime is Saitama's hurting Tatsumaki's pride. Furthermore, it could be argued that the person inside Child Emperor is that person.
