He serves as the rearguard and rarely speaks, leading many to mistake Suzanne for the leader. However, his ability to calmly assess and respond to situations from the rearguard makes him one of the most skilled members of Counter Arrow.
12th Place: Sylphiette (Fitz)

Roxy ranks 7th on the list of the strongest characters to have appeared in anime so far. She was invited to be Rudeus's tutor and taught him the basics of magic. A Saint-class water magician, she is a highly skilled magician. However, when Rudeus first began using magic, she saw him use chantless magic and quickly realized that he would surpass her in ability.
Migurdo Tribe
Roxy is a member of the long-lived Migurdo tribe, and her distinctive hair color is a defining feature of the tribe. As a demon rather than a human, she possesses considerable magical abilities, making her a valuable and practical addition to the team.
