The 33-year-old Diavolo is the boss of Passione and Trish's father. He has distinctive long, mottled hair and is extremely afraid of his past. This belief led him to order Bucciarati and the others to escort Trish to him in order to kill his daughter, who is connected to his past self. In fact, Diavolo is the one who discovered six arrows in Egypt and sold five of them to Granny Enya, who appears in Part 3.
Vinegar Doppio

Vinegar Doppio was a very timid boy who seemed to be doing things that made no sense. I wondered what kind of character he was, as he could make a phone ring with his mouth and use a nearby object as a receiver to call the boss, but it turns out he was one of Diavolo's split personalities. It's not known how he was born or when he materialized, but Diavolo and Doppio (which is only natural considering he's set up as a split personality) have a relationship that truly trusts each other, and he was even able to lend some of King Crimson's powers to Doppio.

Diavolo (and Doppio) are very wary of Giorno. Of course, there is still no documentation available as he has only recently become a member of Passione, but I also felt that Giorno may have originally joined the organization with the intention of betraying them (aiming for the position of boss). During his first battle with Bucciarati and the others, he was extremely cautious and was able to escape with Triche, probably because he was wary of Giorno.
[JoJo's Bizarre Adventure] Golden Wind Part 5 Vinegar Doppio and Abbacchio
Giorno and the others were finally getting closer to discovering the boss' true identity. On the island of Sardinia, Abbacchio activates his Stand to try to discover the true identity of his boss. However, Doppio appears and kills Abbacchio. Since there were no battle scenes depicted, Abbacchio's death was sudden and shocking.

Diavolo's Stand Ability is King Crimson. This Stand is characterized by having another face on its forehead. He has the ability to jump through time, erasing time in this world for about 10 seconds, during which only he can move. He can also see the movements of others as if he were predicting them, and all humans and living things in this world whose time has been erased do not experience that time and have no memory of it. Things appear to teleport, and he cannot remember how far he has read in a book. His weaknesses are that he has no range or durability, and his true identity is revealed if he is using it against multiple people. To understand that time has been skipped, Bornarev drips blood on himself and observes the blood droplets after they have dripped to confirm whether time has suddenly jumped.

Bucciarati's members betrayed the boss, and as a result, more than half of their comrades were killed. He's a true final boss. They are introduced in chronological order. The first is Bucciarati, who decides to betray the boss when he is about to hand Triche over to them. He is then killed by the boss (but ultimately resurrects in a zombie state). The second is Apacquio. While analyzing a photo that could be a clue to the boss, he is killed in one blow by Doppio, who has blended in with the soccer boys. (Apacquio is powerless at the time, as he was using his Stand). The third is Narancia. During the final battle, their bodies and minds are swapped and he is assassinated in the chaos that follows. Then, after the final battle, Bucciarati, in his zombie state, dies, marking his second death. Bornarev becomes a zombie and decides to continue living inside the turtle.

Requiem is activated when an arrow pierces Bornarev's Stand. Due to the out-of-control ability, his soul and body are swapped. In this work's interpretation of split personalities, it is assumed that there are two souls, so Doppio also had a separate soul in addition to Diavolo who was in Trish. Doppio swaps places with Bucciarati and enters his body, but Bucciarati, who is in Diavolo's body, thinks that Diavolo is in his body and has Mista attack him. Bucciarati's body, which was already in a zombie state, is now on the verge of death. While Diavolo is fighting Giorno and the others, he quietly dies along with Bucciarati's body. When he dies, his words "I'm lonely... Boss... Please... call me... as always... I'll be waiting... for your phone..." are one of Doppio's most famous scenes.
Diavolo's death?

In the final battle, the final stage was a battle for the arrow protected by the rampaging Bornarev's Stand. In the end, it was Giorno who pierced the arrow. Giorno's Stand becomes Gold E. Requiem and attacks Diavolo. And because of the power of this Stand, Diavolo is unable to reach the truth that will actually happen. That truth is Diavolo's death, and although he faces death, he is unable to actually die, and instead becomes an existence that repeats the process of death infinitely... It's brutal.

After killing his boss, Giorno ended up becoming the boss of the organization. Diavolo was marked with the process of eternal death. Doppio died in a very sad way. This is how my beloved Part 5, Golden Wind, comes to an end. Personally, I would have liked the fight with King Crimson to have more of a final-boss feel, but I guess the power boost from the arrow was just too amazing. Thank you to everyone who read this! The anime is also really interesting!
