Bucciarati is a 20-year-old young man who is a member of the gang "Passione" and serves in a leadership role under the executive Polpo. However, after Polpo commits suicide (in reality, Giorno killed him), Bucciarati is promoted to executive by handing over the hidden assets he hid at Polpo's command to the organization.

When Bucciarati was 7 years old, his parents divorced. At that time, his mother asked him whether he would go with his father or his mother. The one who is really hurt by this divorce is his father, and Bucciarati, thinking that if things continue like this, his father will drag his past and become a failure, decides to go with his father. Bucciarati has "kindness that knows people's sorrow too well". One day, his father, who is a fisherman, happens to see a mafia drug deal and is almost killed. Although he survived, he was hospitalized. This incident caused Bucciarati to hate drugs.
Joining the organization
The mafia sneaks into the hospital to assassinate his hospitalized father. Bucciarati ambushes the assassins and kills them to protect his father. He was 12 years old. However, he thought that if things continued as they were, the assassinations would continue, and that the only people in the town who could protect him and his son were the gangsters, so he exchanged his loyalty and service with the organization in exchange for a guarantee of safety.
[JoJo's Bizarre Adventure] Golden Wind Part 5 Why Bruno Bucciarati Betrays the Organization
Bucciarati ultimately betrays the organization and sets out to kill the boss. Why did he betray the organization he had sworn loyalty to? The reason was that the organization had betrayed his heart twice. When he betrayed them, he left behind the famous line, "Even though the world is like this, I want to walk the path I believe in."

A few years after joining the organization, he started to buy and sell drugs, which is considered forbidden. This caused people in the town to start using drugs, and Bucciarati, who hated drugs because of his father's case, could not forgive the organization's actions.

Bucciarati and his friends escorted Boss' daughter Trish to Boss's place on Boss' orders, but Boss, who was waiting for them in Venice, tried to kill Trish to eliminate the risk of his identity being revealed. Bucciarati calls this act "nauseating evil" and decides to betray the organization.

His appearance begins in a scene where he visits Giorno Giovanna to get revenge on him after the latter hospitalizes the teary-eyed Luca, a member of the organization. At that time, he shows off his special skill, which he uses only once. He can tell if someone is telling the truth by looking at the skin on their face. And he can tell even more reliably by licking their sweat, which tastes like it. It's an incredible skill, but this skill of checking the truth by the taste of sweat has only been used once. It's dirty, after all.

The stand's name is "Sticky Fingers" and it is a combat-type stand with excellent destructive power and speed. His ability is to attach a zipper to any person or object he touches, which can be used for a variety of purposes, including shortcutting buildings, sending objects into the mouth or hand of others, and avoiding attacks. He can also attach a zipper to his arm and open it to make his arm longer so he can punch, or cut off the head and torso of someone while they're still alive.

In the middle of the story, Bucciarati decides to betray the organization. He then rescues Trish from Diavolo, the boss of the organization who had tried to kill her. Bucciarati is seriously injured in the battle with Diavolo, and is healed with Giorno's ability. However, at this point, Bucciarati is dead. He says that heaven has allowed him to move a little longer with the life energy given to him by Giorno's ability. From that moment on, his body becomes cold, blood stops flowing from his wounds, and he gradually loses feeling in his skin and hearing, and before the final battle with the boss, he is no longer able to see the physical form of people, only the form of their souls.

During the final battle with Diavolo, Requiem is activated when an arrow stabs Bornarev's Stand, Silver Chariot. He goes out of control and swaps bodies with the souls of those nearby. Bucciarati was swapped into Diavolo's body, but when he defeated Silver Chariot Requiem, his soul and body returned to their original state. However, Bucciarati's body was already dead, so he was unable to return to his body and it was time for an eternal farewell. Bucciarati's final words, "Destiny is a sleeping slave, but we were able to free it," were also one of the best lines.

It was a great pity to see the death of Bruno Bucciarati, a reliable man, but he left us with many memorable scenes. He was one of the first to trust Giorno and was highly trusted within the team. When Giorno became the boss of the organization in the final scene, he must have shut down the drug route.
