Hypnosis Mic is a hugely popular voice actor rap project. With its cool characters and captivating music, it has captured the hearts of many fans! With the announcement of new divisions, the Nagoya Division and Osaka Division, things are only getting more exciting! Characters from these new divisions are also expected to be interesting. In this article, we will introduce the characters from the Nagoya Division! Do you have a favorite character? Be sure to check it out before the CD is released!
What kind of team is the Nagoya Division's "BadAssTemple"?
The Nagoya Division is made up of three members: Harai Kuukou, Aimono Jushi, and Amaguni Hitoya. This division is also unique and cool! Since the announcement came after the "Dotsuitare Honpo" division, which is more of a comedy-oriented division (although still cool), many people praised this division for its traditional coolness. We can't wait to see what kind of characters and songs they will have!
BadAssTemple Member Introduction Part 1: Harai Kukō
(Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes. ~If there is no freedom to make mistakes, there is no value in having freedom~) First up, the leader. His name is quite difficult, isn't it? His occupation is a monk. While you wouldn't guess it from his flashy appearance, he possesses the courage to never betray his comrades. He also has a total of 10 piercings in both ears! He was once a member of the Ikebukuro Division, and the group "Naughty They formed a team called "Hipster Busters."
I refer to myself as "Setsuzo"
Amazingly, he refers to himself as "Setsumon" (my monk). That's natural, considering he's a monk, but it seems like a stark contrast to his appearance. Fans are also puzzled as to why the team he and Ichiro formed disbanded. They seemed to get along well and had a great team spirit, so why did they disband? Given that Ichiro formed TDD after this chronologically, it's inevitable that they disbanded.

"BadAssTemple" Member Introduction Part 2: Aimono Jushi
"Never, never, never, never, give up. ~No matter what, no matter what, no matter what, never give up~" ". HPMI Aimono Juushi is a crybaby narcissist. He's the lead vocalist for a visual kei musician, and a charming, handsome character that appeals to those who appreciate him! He was actually bullied quite severely during his school days, but was saved by a lawyer named Amaguni Hitoya, who he has since come to respect. The fact that he needed a lawyer to help him shows that the bullying was pretty severe. He also has few friends and cherishes his stuffed pig, "Amanda."

The lyrics are awesome! Bad Ass Temple by Division All Stars
The music video for "Hypnosis Mic - Division Rap Battle +," featuring the new divisions "Dotsuitare Honpo" and "BadAssTemple," was recently released and caused a stir. The raps of the two new divisions are as awesome as ever!
Yuigadokuson Tenjo Tenge Nankande Bang it, Bang "It out" doesn't matter!
It's so cool, isn't it? It's the "Kuko" part, but it's packed with words that sound like they belong to a monk. The team name also includes the word "Temple," which means temple, but when combined with "Bad Ass," fans are speculating about what it means.
Drowning in Darkness (I'm a coward and an introvert)
This is the part by Yotsujumono Juuyon. Yotsujumono is a vocalist for a visual kei musician, so his lyrics have a chuunibyou vibe. However, the parts in parentheses are his true feelings, and the key point is that they are translated. The full lyrics are "Darkness "Drowning in fear in the infinite corridors (I'm a loner and a coward), forever wandering and yearning (I'm always nervous and indecisive, so what I want is a siren's lost moment (the rap time ran out while I was singing)"! That's why he doesn't rap. I'm curious to see what it would be like if Forty-something rapped! This makes me even more excited for the Division song.
No shitty coffee, seriously. Sorry for the trouble of defending my specialty.
This incredibly rhyming part belongs to Tengoku. He sounds like a lawyer, but the next part complains, "I'm too weak to be asked that many times."
What does Nagoya's team name, "Bad Ass Temple," mean?
As soon as the team was announced, fans were abuzz with the question of what the division name "Bad Ass Temple" meant. "Bad "Ass" means "bad," "super cool," or "cool," while "Temple" means "temple." This has led to speculation that it could mean "cool temple" or "cool temple." Incidentally, a literal translation on a translation site revealed that it becomes "bad ass," which has also become a hot topic.
Is it a Nagoya dialect?
However, a new theory has emerged thanks to research by Nagoya residents! Apparently, in the Nagoya dialect, "dera" means something like "super." In other words, "dera" (temple) is "dera," meaning "super cool" + "dera cool." This makes a lot of sense, doesn't it? But what does it really mean?
