Suddenly, goblins launch a surprise attack on a quiet village. The humans desperately tried to fight back, but the sudden attack left them unable to respond. One by one, the villagers were attacked and killed. Goblin Slayer and his sister were inside the house. His sister hid Goblin Slayer under the floorboards and went to the next room, thinking she would be safe. However, goblins had invaded the house, leaving his sister helpless...
The Villagers Are Killed
For the next three days, Goblin Slayer hid under the floorboards. He had been hiding, just as his sister had told him to. When he stepped outside the house to look around, he found many villagers had been killed. This incident drove Goblin Slayer to become a person who hunted only goblins, driven by jealousy.
A Captive Woman Held Hostage

Based on the information he has obtained, Goblin Slayer determines that the mastermind is a hobgoblin. Hobs are likely "strong but stupid." The hob approaches Goblin Slayer, using the hostage as a shield. Goblin Slayer discards his weapon. The Hob grins at this. Goblin Slayer kicks the unsuspecting Hob in the groin. Thus, he singlehandedly wiped out a den of about 20 goblins.

The captive woman rescued by Goblin Slayer. It's hard to imagine a female adventurer coming alone. I think all of her companions were probably killed, leaving her the only survivor. It was a sad story common in this world.

The goblins steal the female magician's wand and mercilessly break it. The female magician goes on a rampage, enraged! Kicked away, the enraged goblin stabs her in the stomach with his dagger.

The female martial artist bravely faces off against the goblins alone. Her overwhelming strength seems to be enough to defeat them, but then a giant goblin appears. The female martial artist's attacks were ineffective against the goblin. She was attacked one-sidedly, slammed into the wall, and pinned down by the goblins.

In the end, only the priestess survived, while the others were massacred. The female martial artist was left in a dire situation by the goblins. This type of incident is common among rookie adventurers, and it's what happens when you underestimate goblins.
The party that underestimated goblins is wiped out

Goblins make their home in the ruins of an elven mountain fortress. A group of rookie adventurers now infiltrate the fortress in order to rescue the kidnapped women of the village. They thought the defenses would be weak, but the goblins had set up numerous traps and were lying in wait. Surprised by the unexpected attack, the party begins to retreat. However, it is too late. Unable to withstand the goblins' attacks, they are all captured. And then...without being able to do anything, all the party members are killed.

Goblin Slayer accepts the offer to exterminate goblins. He explores the temple where the goblins live. While exploring, he finds a door emanating an unbearably foul odor. Inside the door was a cesspool, but going further in I found a female elf tied up. At the feet of the imprisoned female elf was a goblin. The female elf saw the hell she was in and begged to be killed herself. This is what happens to women who are held captive by goblins, so it can be said that goblins are women's natural enemy.
Even the Strongest Adventurer Becomes a Goblin Victim

The Archbishop defeated one of the resurrected Demon Kings 10 years ago. Apparently, he's a top-class adventurer. While the priestess is in the sauna, the Archbishop appears. His body is covered in numerous scars. When I asked, he said it was a "bump on the head from behind." Apparently, the Archbishop was also temporarily captured by goblins. I imagine the Archbishop has also been through a lot of hardship.
Summary
As mentioned above, the goblin infestation in the story has continued, but it's expected that the damage will continue to increase. That said, most of the damage is still dire.
