Suddenly, the Earth is enveloped in a mysterious light, and all of humanity is petrified. Taiju wakes up to find himself in a stone world where human civilization has been wiped out. Taiju is the only survivor in this world, and it is Senku, a boy researching chemistry, who brings him back to life.
