Tanjiro and other members of the Demon Slayer Corps continue to fight demons every day. Each member is unique in terms of gender, physique, weapons and techniques they use. But who is the strongest among them? Naturally, the top rankings are undoubtedly the members of the Pillars, but we'll introduce the top 10 in a ranking format, including their potential for growth.

10th Place: Zenitsu Agatsuma

Our pick for 10th place goes to Zenitsu Agatsuma! Although he was clumsy and could only learn one breathing technique, he mastered the first form of Thunder Breathing, "Thunderbolt Flash," and his speed reached lightning speed. He also devised an advanced technique that allows him to fire off Thunderbolt Flashes in succession, and although he is limited to using them twice a day due to the strain it puts on his legs, he possesses a technique that boasts the fastest speed of all his techniques.

By the way, is Zenitsu's normal strength the lowest in the Demon Slayer Corps?

Zenitsu is only strong when he's fighting unconsciously, losing consciousness from fear. He's a weak character who's usually a coward and loves cute girls. Since he loses consciousness even after the battle is over, he usually wakes up severely injured and doesn't know why he got hurt, crying out in pain for help (lol).

9th Place: Hashibira Inosuke

Our second-place pick is the quintessential wild child, Inosuke! He wears a boar mask and it's hard to tell what he's thinking, but his self-developed Beast Breathing technique is incredibly powerful. And what really stands out above all else is his superhuman physical abilities. Just when it seemed his enemy had pierced his heart, he managed to shift the position of his heart and avoid the fatal blow.

Inosuke is actually a handsome man under his boar mask

While it has nothing to do with his strength, Inosuke's unmasked face is handsome and exudes no wildness. It's a shame that he wears the boar headgear during battle and in normal times... but when he disguised himself as a woman to infiltrate the battle against the Upper Rank demons, his bare face without makeup was so beautiful that he was treated like a girl.

8th Place: Tanjiro Kamado & Nezuko

In third place are the series' protagonists, Tanjiro and Nezuko. Considering his potential for future growth, he could be ranked higher, but I feel he has not yet reached the level of a Pillar, so I have ranked him 7th. Tanjiro fights for Nezuko, and Nezuko steps up when Tanjiro is in trouble, demonstrating more ability than she would normally be able to show.

Nezuko is a reliable ally who fights alongside Tanjiro!

Nezuko's abilities are certainly impressive, and when she transforms into adult-sized combat mode (demonized), her physical abilities dramatically increase. Her most notable feature is her incredibly fast regenerative ability. While not particularly impressive under normal circumstances, her transformation into a demon transforms her completely. Severed parts of her body instantly regenerate with her blood, overwhelming Daki.

7th Place: Kanroji Mitsuri

In 7th place goes to the love-struck Pillar Maiden, Kanroji Mitsuri! Being a female character, one would be concerned about her vulnerability to attacks, but in her fight against the Upper Rank demons, she is so tough that the demons are surprised that she survived a direct hit. And when it comes to Kanroji, she has that mysterious, undulating sword and flexible body. She not only has great attack power, but also considerable evasion ability.

6th Place: Shinobu Kocho

In sixth place is Shinobu Kocho, the Insect Pillar who controls poison to kill demons. She's a powerful character who rose to the rank of Pillar despite not having the power to cut off a demon's head. The poison he uses is prepared in his sheath, and he prepares it each time he cuts down a demon. However, the poison is ineffective against Douma, the Upper Rank Two, forcing him to struggle...

5th Place: Tengen Uzui

Our fifth-place pick is Tengen, who defeated Gyutaro, the Upper Rank Six, alongside Tanjiro! While it may seem like they defeated him together, in reality, Tanjiro was also receiving support from Tengen. His technique, which utilizes his concentration and strength to charge straight at the demon, even when a kunai thrown by his teammate pierces his body, is a powerful weapon.

4th Place: Giyu Tomioka

In fourth place is the elusive Giyu Tomioka. He's always expressionless and doesn't have any particular physical features, but his skills as the Water Pillar are top-notch. Even Tanjiro, who has undergone some training, realized the difference in their levels. Incidentally, when he tries to hold back Shinobu, who is also a pillar, he does so with ease using a technique similar to a chokehold.

3rd Place: Rengoku Kyojuro

In third place is the late Rengoku. Although he was defeated by Upper Rank Three, in the end he grabbed the demon's arm that was stuck in his solar plexus so that it wouldn't slip out, and Upper Rank Three was able to cut off the demon's arm and escape, cornering him just in time. Although the image of him being defeated by the demon is strong, Tanjiro was still weak and was unlucky to end up fighting Upper Rank Three one-on-one.

Second Place: Tokito Muichiro

Our second place pick is Tokito, who defeated the Upper Rank Five! He's a genius among geniuses, having risen to the rank of Pillar in just two months of holding a sword. It was Kanroji and Tanjiro who defeated Hantengu, Upper Rank Four, but Tokito defeated Upper Rank Five by himself after awakening, so I chose him in second place. He has only recently become a Pillar, so it seems he still has room to grow in the future.

A birthmark appears on the awakened Tokito

A birthmark very similar to Tanjiro's appeared upon Tokito's awakening. This was also present on all the swordsmen who used the Breath of Beginning technique and came close to defeating Muzan. The fact that Tokito also had one suggests that he must be a chosen one.

No. 1: Himejima Gyomei

Ranked No. 1 in the Demon Slayer Corps strength rankings is Himejima Gyomei! It was him who the Master entrusted his final request to, demonstrating his deepest trust in him. His abilities are also impeccable! Inosuke, who has a keen sense of innocence, declared him to be the strongest of the Pillars at first glance. Incidentally, Tengen even described him as "mysterious."

The Pillars' Conclusion

So far, we've ranked the Demon Slayer Corps. To be honest, there are still many Pillars who haven't had their full-scale battle scenes, so I think these rankings will likely change in the future. Who do you think is the strongest member of the Demon Slayer Corps?
