This is a battle manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from issue 11 of 2016 to issue 24 of 2020, and the author is Koyoharu Gotouge. At first glance, his name makes him seem like a man, but Gotouge is actually a woman.
The TV anime aired from April to September 2019, and the sequel, the "Mugen Train Arc", is scheduled to be released as a movie on October 16, 2020.
The protagonist, Tanjiro Kamado, lives peacefully with his family deep in the mountains, but when he returns home from town, he finds a gruesome scene.
His family has been brutally murdered by demons, and Tanjiro descends the mountain with his sister Nezuko, who is barely alive.
However, on the way, Nezuko is transformed into a demon. Tanjiro is saved by Giyu Tomioka, a member of the Demon Slayer Corps, and sets out on a journey to turn Nezuko back into a human.
The first season of the anime covers up to the middle of volume 7 of the manga, and the movie version "Mugen Train" continues from there to volume 8.

This time, for those who want to look back on the first season of the anime before the movie is released, I would like to find out if there is a way to watch it for free!

U-NEXT

u-next

A video distribution service operated by U-NEXT Co., Ltd., you can watch unlimited videos and books on the service for a monthly fee of 1,990 yen (excluding tax).

A free trial service is available for 31 days, and you can use this to watch "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" for free.
It's also great that you get 600 yen worth of U-NEXT points after the free period ends! These points are used to watch point works that are different from regular distribution works.
If you cancel during the free period, there will be no charge, so you can try it out without any worries. If you do not cancel, it will be automatically renewed, so be careful!

d Anime Store

d Anime Store

This is a video distribution service operated by Docomo Anime Store Co., Ltd., and you can watch all the anime works in the service for a monthly fee of 400 yen (excluding tax).
Although it is a service operated by Docomo, you can use it as usual even if your mobile phone is not Docomo. This service also has a 31-day free trial period, and if you cancel within the free period, no charge will be incurred.
If you continue to use the service after the trial period, it is very cheap at 400 yen per month, making it a wallet-friendly service. However, the disadvantage is that the works are limited to anime, and there are not that many works.

dtv

dTV

This is also a video distribution service provided by Docomo, but it is operated by Avex Communications Broadcasting. For a monthly fee of 500 yen (excluding tax), you can watch all the works in the service.
It also has a 31-day free trial period, and is basically the same as dAnime Store. The difference is that there are works of various genres other than anime, and the total number of works is nearly 40 times that of d Anime Store.
If you want to watch anime, use d Anime, and if you want to watch a variety of things, use dtv!

FOD Premium

FOD Premium

A service that distributes Internet videos and e-books operated by Fuji Television Network, Inc., it offers unlimited viewing of over 40,000 works for 888 yen (excluding tax) per month.

There is a free trial campaign, but it is not recommended from the perspective of free viewing because payment must be made with Amazon Pay and the period is shorter than other services at 2 weeks.
If you've finished using the free period of other services, you might want to try this.

Hulu

Hulu

A video streaming service operated by Hulu, based in Los Angeles, USA, you can watch all the works in the service for a monthly fee of 1,026 yen (excluding tax). By the way, it is 1,050 yen (excluding tax) if you pay at the iTunes Store.
The free trial period is also a little short at 2 weeks, so if you are looking for free, it is a service to postpone.
It is a major video streaming site with a large number of works and excellent support, so it is recommended for those who pay a fee and use it continuously. As it is an overseas company, it has a wide selection of overseas dramas, which is also good!

Paravi

Paravi

This is a video streaming service operated by Premium Platform Japan, and the monthly fee is 1,017 yen (excluding tax) and you can watch all the works in the service.
As it is funded by Japanese TV stations and advertising agencies, the amount of effort put into TV dramas is amazing. This is a service that I would like to recommend to those who want to watch dramas, variety shows, documentaries, etc., but the free trial period is 2 weeks, so if you are looking for free, this is also a service that you should postpone.

Amazon Prime Video

Amazon-Prime-Video

A video streaming service operated by Amazon.com, Inc., based in Seattle, USA, that allows unlimited viewing of videos within the service for a monthly fee of 500 yen (tax included) or an annual fee of 4,900 yen (tax included).

There is a 30-day free trial period, and if you cancel during this period, there is no charge. However, Amazon Prime membership is not just a membership for the video streaming service, but a membership that bundles together many of the services that Amazon offers.
If you have used "Free Express Shipping" in the past when shopping on Amazon, you should be aware that you are using the free trial period. Also, there are not that many anime titles.

Being a Prime member is convenient in many ways, but it is not very suitable for watching videos for free.

Use free overseas distribution sites

B9DM

You can watch it for free by using overseas sites such as "B9DM", "KissAnime", and "bilibili", but these videos are illegally uploaded videos, and watching them is not illegal, but it is a gray area.

Also, considering the poor image quality and the risk of virus infection from the site, it is not a recommended method. If you use these methods, please do so at your own risk.

I want to review the anime before the movie is released! How can I watch it for free?

dAnime Demon Slayer

What do you think?
If you use all the sites introduced here well, you can watch videos for free for nearly half a year.
Even if you have already used the free trial, there may be services you have not tried yet.
Please try to review "Demon Slayer" in a good way! !
