Anima Yell has been serialized in Manga Time Kirara Carat since 2016! It is based on the original work by Ubuka Tsukasa, and the long-awaited anime adaptation began airing in October 2018. The story revolves around cheerleaders, and is about cute girls trying their best to cheer on others. Anima Yell is a true Kirara work, with friendship, laughter, and emotion! The main character, Kohane, always acts for others, neglecting her own interests. Kohane always thinks about others and neglects what she wants to do, but one day, she sees some cheerleaders cheering for a baseball game on the riverbank. Charmed by her cute yet powerful attitude, and the way she cheers for others with all her might, she decides that she wants to become a cheerleader herself! Unfortunately, there is no cheerleading club at her high school, but thanks to Kohane's unyielding enthusiasm, people gradually gather and the club starts up. By the way, the title seems to mean "Animal + Cheer" since each character has an animal's name in it.

As you can probably tell from the surname, the #10 is Akane Saruwatari, the younger brother of Uki, a member of the cheerleading club! He looks cute, but he's a boy (lol). He made it into the shota category, so he made it into the rankings! He seems to love Kohane just like his big sister, and when Kohane talks to him, he blushes and gets embarrassed.

Akatone is just like her big sister and is not very honest. They really feel like siblings and it's nice to see them. No matter what, Akatone-chan, or rather Akatone-kun, loves his big sister very much.

This is Basketball Senpai, commonly known as Basketball Senpai, who first asked the cheerleading club to be cheerleaders. Although her real name is unknown, Basketball Senpai surprisingly appears many times in the story and has quietly become a regular character! She is casually very friendly towards the cheerleading club, and is a boyish, cool and cute character, just like the basketball club members.

Inukai-sensei has been making sporadic appearances since the beginning of the story, offering her praise at every milestone in the life of the cheerleading club! Inukai-sensei is around thirty and unmarried! (lol) He's basically a bit of a lazy teacher, but Kohane threatened him with a story about his dark past and he became the advisor for the cheerleading club. He's a kind teacher who always leads the group and cheers them on.

This is the moment that became the direct reason for her to become an advisor. Although she is usually a lazy teacher, she was so agile in her student days that she was called the Inukai of creative dance (lol). Akitsune Kon is the first girl to come to the cheerleading club with a request. She is classmates with Kohane, Uki, and Kotetsu. She asks the cheerleading club for help with her love affair, but the girl she is with is actually an older woman, and Kon surprises her by revealing that they are both full-on lesbians. I thought that maybe Kotetsu and Kon would join the club and make it five, but unfortunately Kon ended up joining the home economics club. Her name comes from the sound of a fox and the cry of the fox, Konkon.

Kon-chan confessed in a style called the Arima style, taught directly by Hizume's older brother, where he confesses sincerely and neatly. Tatejima Kotetsu is the fourth to join the cheerleading club. She doesn't seem to like her cool, girly name very much. In the story, Kohane and the others call her Kotetsu-chan. At first, I thought she was just a classmate, but she ended up joining the cheerleading club. She has a relatively weak personality and is like a small animal, and is very cute, but she also has a hidden side to her: her sharp tongue. I wonder if her name comes from the tiger and vertical stripes.

Kohane's childhood friend, mother, girlfriend and best friend, Saruwatari Uki! She loves Kohane more than anything, and even though she tries to hide it, she's a lesbian. Normally, she's the only sensible person in the cheerleading club and plays the straight man, but when Kohane switches on, Uki turns into a pervert (lol). Uki's appearance is very cute and entertaining. I guess her name comes from the sound of a monkey and the cry of Ukki.

This is Uki dressed as a cheerleader in Kohane's fantasy. She didn't actually wear it this time, but she's very cute! When it comes to Uki, it's hard to decide between a cute and perverted scene, but like Kotetsu-chan, I made it a more traditional scene.

Currently, Kana Ushiku is the last to join the cheerleading club! She's a late addition, but she's a character full of wonderful charm! She has big breasts, twin tails, is tsundere, and is a yuri! She's such a wonderful character. She loves Hizume so much that she agrees with everything she says, which is also cute. As an experienced cheerleading club member, she is a versatile character who can act as a coach. Her name probably comes from a cow and a nose ring.
