Ena Setsuna, also known as Puriketsu, is a powerful illustrator in both name and reality, but although the judges all praised her for drawing perfect illustrations, the winner was Mikuniyama San, unanimously. Mikuniyama never made his characters completely naked until the end, but he still won because his drawings had a storyline. In terms of pure drawing ability, Setsuna was more than adequate, but Setsuna's drawings were merely one illustration connected, and the judges seemed more drawn to Mikuniyama, who was conscious of the flow of the manga.

Setsuna agreed with that, and praised Mikuniyama without any hard feelings. Mikuniyama has now officially become the comic adaptation specialist recognized by Izuki and the others. After that, Izuki seems to have been heavily influenced by Mikuniyama, for example researching underwear despite his previous belief in the supremacy of nudity. The voice actress for Mikuni Yamasan is Fujita Akane, who played the heroine Izumi Sagiri in the recent hit anime series Eromanga Sensei. I was surprised to find out that Fujita, who played Sagiri, probably the best little sister character of 2017, also voiced Mikuniyama. The voices of Sagiri and Mikuniyama are quite different, so even when I was told, I didn't really think it was the same voice actress.

Fujita is also the voice actor for Sistine Fiebel, the heroine of Akashic Records. 2017 was definitely a year of Fujita fever. The voices of Mikuniyama and Sistine are somehow similar, so it would make sense if they were the same voice actress.
