Developed by EXIT TUNES, it has been expanded into a variety of formats, from VOCALOID cover albums to drama CDs and novelizations. Each voice actor is assigned a character, such as a student or teacher, and they sing and act in dramas, making for a luxurious experience. It has been announced that "ACTORS" will be made into an anime series on November 10, 2018, which has been generating a lot of buzz. In this article, we'll introduce you to what kind of content "ACTORS" is. It's a good idea to do some research before the anime adaptation arrives!
What kind of content is "ACTORS"?
The story is set in the huge city of Thrive Central, a school complex. Each voice actor is assigned a character, such as a student or teacher. These characters then sing and act in dramas. Furthermore, the characters sometimes incorporate the voice actor's profile information, which is a delight for voice actor fans! Incidentally, the character designs are by Meka. The drama parts are generally heartwarming school-themed. However, the worldview and setting are full of mysteries, sometimes creating a mysterious atmosphere. The TV anime adaptation was announced on November 10, 2018, and it's currently gaining momentum!
Voice Actors x Vocaloid
One of the biggest features of this series is the luxurious content, featuring voice actors singing popular VOCALOID songs. It's a wonderful experience that fulfills both the desires of "I love voice actors!" and "I love Vocaloid!" It's not uncommon to find yourself overwhelmed with emotion when you hear, "That voice actor singing this song...!" VOCALOID is a hugely popular software, starting with Hatsune Miku, but it's also known for its many classic songs. Recently, he's been getting more exposure for his role as Yamada Ichiro in "Hypnosis Mic." He looks so cool rapping! Other popular voice actors are also featured. The cast, ranging from energetic young voice actors to dignified veterans, is one of the charms of this series.

Toriumi Kosuke has played many popular roles, including Mikazuki Munechika in "Touken Ranbu" and Imaizumi Shunsuke in "Yowamushi Pedal." And here we also have Hayami Shou, a veteran voice actor. Incidentally, Hayami also raps as Jinguji Jakurai in "Hypnosis Mic."

Speaking of chief, Hikaru Midorikawa, he's a hugely popular voice actor with many notable roles, including his role as Kaede Rukawa in "Slam Dunk." Other members, such as Tetsuya Kakihara and Shintaro Asanuma, are also simply impressive. The thought of hearing Vocaloid songs by these people is sure to get you excited.
Broadcasting Club

Instead, the Broadcasting Club has two members. These two are also very popular! Both Shouta Aoi and Toshiki Masuda are also singers, so they have excellent vocal talent. Both have appeared in the King & Prince series and various idol school dramas. Their song "Noro Jyo Sakuretsu Girl" in Actors is so cute, I highly recommend you listen to it.
Japanese Culture Studies Club

Another key point is that their club activities are a little on the serious side.

He's the one who gathered Ryo, Souma, and the others to form the Singing Club, and he's the club's captain. Also, while his profile mentioned "Weaknesses: Singing Club Advisor," he's actually a relative of Komon, and it was the advisor's idea to form the Singing Club in the first place. His personality is elusive, just like a "stray cloud." He can also be a bit airheaded, but on the positive side, he could also be seen as a generous person.

He's a mysterious figure, a ghost member of the singing club. In fact, he became a recluse soon after entering high school, rarely showing up at school. He also has a rather difficult personality, being extremely stubborn and extremely anti-people. Because of this, he rarely comes out of his room. His only communication partner is his longtime friend, Suigetsu.
IT Expert!
In fact, he's a super-expert in IT! His mechanical skills somehow remind me of voice actor Noriaki Sugiyama. He even hacks into Slive Central's security cameras and enjoys constantly people-watching. "Isn't that a crime?" one wonders... However, his impressive skills were recognized, leading him to become a member of the venture company run by the Kagami brothers. Furthermore, as a ghost member, he rarely shows up in the singing club, but he's enrolled at Suigetsu's request. It seems he enjoys singing.

However, in contrast to Kou, he has an extremely calm personality and sometimes makes somewhat negative remarks. When he's in charge of the daytime broadcast, he silently plays music. He's also quite well-known at school because he regularly streams.

His hobby is eating ramen at various restaurants, and he posts his food reviews on his blog. He loves to eat, but he doesn't like bitter vegetables like bell peppers. Because of this, Kou always ate them, saying it was a waste, but now he forces them on Kou before eating.
