Not only that, he's also appointed president and general director, and even catches the eye of a yakuza debt collector... The story begins with a rather desperate development, but from there, the protagonist joins forces with the theater troupe members and struggles to revive the company.

Masumi Usui

Minagi Tsuzuru
His dream is to become a playwright. He is one of 10 brothers in his family, and he has always looked after his seven younger brothers. Upon entering university, he joined a live-in theater company to ease the burden on his family. He has a hard-working nature, and is always looking after his roommate, Masumi. He also seems to have had a variety of part-time jobs.
Chigasaki Itaru
He's an office worker. He's handsome, a capable, and friendly young man, seemingly perfect, but that's just a facade. He's actually a heavy gamer, and his behavior changes completely when he's playing. Many people have been shocked by his sudden transformation while playing games. He's quite the oddball, even within the Spring Troupe.
Citron
A foreign exchange student. Her sudden arrival at the troupe leaves her shrouded in mystery. She shows a positive attitude toward both acting and Japanese, but often makes mistakes when learning Japanese. She also has a slightly airheaded side, making her the mood maker of the Spring Troupe.
Chikage Uzuki
She appears midway through the main story and joins the Spring Troupe as a new member. She's always smiling and has a friendly personality. However, she also lies while still smiling, which can be detrimental to those around her. There are many mysteries surrounding her.
Part 4★The Summer Troupe is in action!
Since it's Summer, it's only natural that the Summer Troupe will be in action! When the Summer Troupe was first formed, all of its members were in their teens. They have the lowest average age of any of the four groups.
Many of their performances are mysterious!?

Sumeragi Tenma
He's a truly talented actor, formerly a child prodigy. Furthermore, both of his parents are active silver screen stars. As a thoroughbred actor, he is very confident, egocentric, and competitive. For these reasons, he seems to have very few friends. Until now, he had focused on acting in films, but for some reason, he joined the MANKAI Company and became the leader of the Summer Troupe.
Rurikawa Yuki
He looks very cute and girly, but he's a real boy at heart. He always dresses in women's clothing, but it seems he just likes cute clothes and isn't a "boy girl" at all. He's also the theater company's costume manager. Despite his girlish appearance, he has a straightforward personality and can even show a cheeky side, such as snapping at older people. He's sharp-tongued.
Mukusaka Muku
He's a kind-hearted boy, and his nickname is "Do One Good Deed a Day." He dreams of prince-like men and considers shojo manga his bible. He's reserved, but can also be extremely paranoid, leading him to go off on his own. Incidentally, before joining MANKAI Company, he was the ace of the track and field team.
Ikaruga Misumi
Rather than joining the troupe, this mysterious character suddenly ended up living in the troupe's dormitory. His personality is pure, yet eccentric, so his family seems to have treated him like an eccentric since childhood. No one other than his grandfather paid him much attention. Miyoshi Kazunari

Hyoudou Kumon
He's a lively, athletic guy. He used to be a member of the baseball club, but now seems to be a member of the after-school club. He's a brother with a strong sibling complex who joined the team to follow his older brother, Juza.
