As a safety measure to prevent rebellion, she was kept physically incomplete in a incubation machine. It appears to be around 10 years old, with shoulder-length brown hair, eyes of the same color, and a magnificent ahoge. Perhaps because it is still incomplete, it expresses more emotions than other individuals.

Like the other little sisters, she speaks calmly, but her expressions are varied, she panics when she's seen naked, and she behaves like a child, making her the most human-like of the two. She speaks in a way that makes her seem like she's trying to do something. She often uses expressions like, "Misaka says, XX, but Misaka tries to do XX." Her ability is "Radio Noise," the same as her other sisters, and is equivalent to Level 3.

Since her body's adjustments have not yet been completed, she is unable to leave the incubation chamber. However, after a failed experiment to evolve Accelerator to Level 6, she encounters Accelerator while wandering the city with just a blanket. Currently, Accelerator's computing power is supplemented by the Misaka Network, with her as its administrator. She is the heroine of Accelerator's story, and adores him very much. She always has conversations that are like stand-up comedy, and in serious situations she shows trust and devotion to Accelerator.

A key person in Aleister's plan, along with Accelerator. After the Level 6 Evolution Plan failed, researcher Ao Tenjo injected him with a virus that drove his sisters insane. This virus completely controlled the sisters, and after the experiment, it was transmitted via Misaka to the sisters who were being treated outside of Academy City. The infected sisters were supposed to launch a full-scale attack on the outside organization, but they were stopped by Accelerator, and Tenjo was shot dead by Yoshikawa Kikyo.

This incident led to Misaka showing great trust and devotion to Accelerator. Afterwards, Ushio was treated by Heaven Canceller (a frog-faced doctor), and thereafter both she and Accelerator were taken care of at Aiho Yomikawa's apartment. During the attack on Academy City by Vento from earlier, she was abducted by the Hound Dogs led by Kihara Kazuta in order to manifest Hughes Kazakiri. On the same day, Index appeared to stop Hughes Kazakiri and saved her life, but at the same time, Accelerator left her. Furthermore, when Accelerator defeated Kakine Teitoku, she approached the out-of-control Accelerator without any warning and stopped him.

Accelerator was initially involved in an experiment at a certain research institute. This was the Absolute Ability Evolution Project (Level 6 Shift). The plan was to shift Accelerator, the pinnacle of Level 5s (of which there are only seven in Academy City), beyond the level of Level 5 and into Level 6. Accelerator, who has been isolated due to his power, cooperates with a plan to obtain overwhelming power so that others will no longer challenge him to pointless battles. He is ordered to massacre Misaka Mikoto's clones. Although he unconsciously resists the massacre, Accelerator cannot turn back and continues to destroy the Misaka Sisters, until Kamijou stops him.

Last Order's Appearance Scene: After leaving the Absolute Ability Evolution Project (Level 6 Shift), Accelerator meets Last Order, the girl in charge of the Misaka clone's calculations. Their first encounter was a strange scene in which Last Order, naked but wearing a cloak, followed Accelerator as he was walking down a street at night. Accelerator begins to have a relationship with Last Order by following him around, despite the latter being cold towards him. At first, Accelerator doesn't pay her any attention, but as he is drawn to her sense of atonement (and is somewhat touched by her purity), their relationship deepens.

As Accelerator begins to interact with (and care for) Last Order as a form of atonement, he gradually grows accustomed to her hustle and bustle, and before he knows it, she becomes a symbol of his everyday life. This relationship is very similar to that of Kamijou Touma and Index, the main pairing in A Certain Magical Index. Their positions, darkness, and circumstances are different, though. Because of this, Accelerator x Last Order and Kamijou Touma x Index will be portrayed as the protagonist and heroine of two opposing sides. The contrast between these pairings is also one of the highlights of the Toaru series.

"That's right. I wanted to be with you forever, too." These are the first words Accelerator says to Last Order, expressing his feelings and affection for him as he heads off to his death. I think this is one of the top three tear-jerking lines in Index. These are the words uttered by Last Order, who realised he was heading to a place where he would die, when he called out to Accelerator, "Don't go. Let's stay together forever." I couldn't read it without crying. Accelerator is a man who has lived a lonely life until now, with no one to love or protect anything he needed to protect.

Then, through a certain incident, he meets Toudou and gradually begins to want to protect her. How much time had passed between them before he uttered these words? This is a memorable scene that reminds me of the time I read it while crying, wishing at all costs for Accelerator's safe return.
