A beautiful woman, praised by Dazai as "as delicate and fleeting as a water lily." He is described by those around him as having a personality that is "not suited to the mafia," and he seems to be aware of this. However, as the boss of Kurotokage, he appears to be at least a competent member of the organization. He also often acts somewhat self-righteously when it comes to Akutagawa, and each time he does, he is slapped by him.
Feelings for Akutagawa
It has been revealed that he has romantic feelings for Akutagawa. When he witnessed Akutagawa returning home after a rendezvous with a woman, he suspected some kind of conspiracy and temporarily teamed up with a detective agency that happened to be searching for the same woman. True to his words, "by any means necessary," he even prostrated himself on the grounds to beg them for their cooperation. When he found the woman he was after, he attempted to kill her without question, and it seems that he goes completely out of control when Akutagawa is involved.

Initially, this was thought to be the ability to create lemon bombs, but later, during the battle in episode 20, it was discovered to be the ability to avoid damage from lemon-shaped bombs. (The reason given is that "lemons are beautiful spindle-shaped.") All of the lemon bombs are handmade by him, and are specially made so that no explosive components can be detected.

He has the ability to control the Golden Yasha, a strange creature wearing traditional Japanese clothing, a cloak, and a hidden staff. Like Kyoka's power, this ability allows him to summon and control a sword-wielding Yasha. However, unlike Kyoka's power, this ability allows him to control it at will.

The most hated of all supernatural powers, this is the power of "mind manipulation." It is activated by destroying the person who possesses it. Anyone who injures him becomes a "recipient of the curse," and a handprint-like birthmark appears on their face. The recipient's mind is affected by hallucinations, goes insane, and attacks those around them.
Sakunosuke Oda

A low-ranking member of the Port Mafia. Nicknamed "Oda Saku."
He has distinctive red hair, a black striped shirt, and a beige coat. He is friends with Ango and former Port Mafia member Dazai, and they often go out drinking together.

He is quite strong-willed, as he once said, "If Odasaku were truly angry, all five of us in this room would be killed before we could even draw our guns." He also told Akutagawa, "You'll never be able to defeat Odasaku, even in a hundred years." "A serious Odasaku is more terrifying than any mafia member."

He can predict the future, more than five seconds but less than six seconds in advance. This ability is extremely useful in any situation, allowing her to avoid danger.
Ellis
Overview
A cute girl with long blonde hair who is doted on by Mori Ogai. She follows him closely, but often causes him trouble and speaks meanly to him. She calls Ogai "Rintaro" (presumably a reference to Mori Ogai's real name, Rintaro).

Overview
He is the leader of the Yokohama-based Port Mafia. He is always with his beloved Ellis. He appears to be a gentle, unassuming middle-aged man, and tells Nakajima he is a former doctor. However, his true nature is that of a rational mafia boss, using brutal and ruthless methods to completely eliminate his enemies, even if they are members of the mafia.

Her skills are truly genius-level, perfectly predicting her opponents' thoughts and outwitting them, achieving her goals through efficient and reliable processes. Her thorough rationality and flawless logic allow her to derive optimal solutions with complete certainty, making her the ideal leader.

It has been revealed that Ellis possesses Mori Ogai's supernatural powers. It is said that her selfishness is due to this "setting." Ellis herself seems to be dissatisfied with this. She also possesses a sort of combat mode, allowing her to fly.
Port Mafia Summary
A vicious mafia that claims the bay city of Yokohama as its territory. This powerful underground organization survived the conflict (commonly known as the Dragon Head Conflict) between the numerous illegal organizations found throughout the Kanto region, and with over dozens of affiliated organizations, it controls the city from behind the scenes, funded by tributes from the companies and stores it protects, illegal business from smuggled goods it purchases, drug trafficking, and illegal casinos. It also has a presence in some parts of the political world, and the military cannot afford to interfere carelessly. The Ministry of Internal Affairs' Special Ability Division, the Japanese government's agency for monitoring paranormal individuals, is also turning a blind eye until the situation is clearly exposed, as it does not want to cause damage to its own ranks, and so it is essentially doing whatever it wants.
