Emma and the others managed to escape the farm safely. Meanwhile, the farm manager released demons into the forest to pursue them. When they were cornered by the demons and in a difficult situation, Musica and Sonju came to their rescue. These demons were a bit special. They showed that demons do not all have a single ideology, but who are these two? We will introduce them with some speculation.
What kind of demons are Musica and Sonju?
Even though Musica and Sonju do not eat humans, it is not for the same reason. We will introduce these two demons, including that.
Sonju

Sonju is a member of the original faith and a demon who does not eat humans because eating humans by any means other than hunting is against the doctrine. What is the origin of the original faith in the first place? It was a time when demons still hunted and ate humans, and humans felt that demons were a threat and fought and killed them. After such a world continued for a long time, the humans proposed a promise that demons would not hunt humans and humans would not hunt demons, and the farm system was devised. In other words, Songju and his friends want to return to the time when hunting was practiced. This is also a belief that they want to destroy the promise made by the demon boss, △ (name indecipherable).
Musica

Musica is a demon who has never eaten a human, and has no need to do so. This is unusual among demons, as there have been demons that attack humans for food, demons that manage and eat them, and demons that enjoy creating hunting-like attractions, but the only demons who have not been shown to eat or attack humans are Muzika and the demon boss, △ (indecipherable demon language). There has been a scene where he makes a special offering, but so far there has been no depiction of him eating a human. In other words, Songju can be considered to be close to the demon △.
The necessity of eating humans as seen through Musica and Sonju

When Musica and Sonju eat with Emma and the others, they have a human-like meal. They seem to mainly eat soup and animals. What I want to consider here is why demons hunt humans. This is all just a hypothesis, but I'll introduce it to you.
Hypothesis 1: Because it's delicious
This is simply because humans are delicious. This makes sense if you think of the demon world as a metaphor for the real human world, treating demons and humans in the same way, just like humans farming and eating cows and pigs. The administrators are wealthy, and high-quality items go to the rich. That's the structure of the world. And sadly, the poorer the place, the worse the security. I couldn't stand the idea of mass production farms, which felt just like how foie gras is made.
Hypothesis 2: You can gain something by eating human brains
It might be more accurate to say that if the demons don't eat human brains, some kind of inconvenience will occur to them. The basis for this assumption is that after the promise, Musica and Songju said that the world in which the demons went became chaotic. If they don't eat humans, they might become unintelligent demons like the ones they encountered in the forest. However, there is an exception to this hypothesis: Songju. Perhaps it's true that eating humans is like a drug, and if you don't eat them you can't control your emotions, but one interpretation is that Songju, a strict religious person, is able to endure it. In fact, after learning most of the basic beliefs, Songju said he wanted to hunt humans again, which showed a bit of his wild side.
What Musica and Sonju taught us
What Sonju taught us

Sonju, an original believer, shows that the world of demons is not completely dominated by demons. Sonju and his friends want to break the promise. However, the promise cannot be broken by the demons. This is also something Sonju taught me. The reason has not been revealed yet, but I can't help but feel that it is a big hint at the relationship between Oni△ and the other demons.
What Musica Taught Me

Musica taught me many things. The first is the existence of the seven walls. Sonju wanted Emma and the others to break the promise, but it seems he realizes that this is not the case. And another thing is that there is not just one promise. In other words, there is another promise. What exactly is that other promise? Could it have something to do with the newly constructed new farm where Norman is? And perhaps one of the roles of Minerva's family is to fulfill that promise? There are still too many mysteries.
The relationship between Musica and Sonju

I'll briefly summarize the relationship between Sonju and Musica. The two agree that after the promise, the demon world was in disarray. Musica uses the word order, while Sonju says that it distorted their appearance and religion. In other stores, there is some speculation. Sonju is a follower of the original faith, and is a minority of demons who act differently from the Oni △'s way of thinking. He is a demon who wants to break a promise. And as mentioned earlier, Musica is close to the Oni △, and it feels like Musica is longing for a new world. What exactly is a new world? Could it be a world that can be achieved by Emma and the others making a new promise with the Oni △ that exists beyond the seven walls?
Summary about Musica and Sonju

Musica is especially mysterious. Sonju, who acts alongside her. Are they male and female? How do they reproduce? How long do they live? What is their relationship with the demon △? Once you start thinking about this work, there is no end to it. I'm really looking forward to seeing how it develops!
