"Passione" is an organization that the protagonist, Giorno, who aspires to be a gangster, joins. He joins Bucciarati's team and is subordinate to Polpo, a senior member of the team, but what exactly is this organization called Passione? In this article, I would like to summarize my thoughts on "Passione".

The gang organization Passione has a boss named Diavolo, one of Diavolo's split personalities named Doppio as its chief of staff, and below him are executives, who are divided into teams of about 6 to 10 people, including low-ranking members like Bucciarati and his friends. The teams include assassination teams and drug-dealing teams, and they seem to be people you don't want to get involved with, even within the same organization. In order to blend in with the general public, the people in the organization have no conspicuous actions and have a public job. Their ages vary, and some people become executives at the age of 18.

In fact, there are almost no executives in this work. That's how mysterious it is. Also, just because they are executives doesn't mean they are Stand users, and it seems that Giorno's team, in which all the members are Stand users, was special.
Polpo

He is an executive of the team that Giorno and Bucciarati belong to, and a Stand user. His Stand ability is Black Sabbath. During Giorno's entrance exam, it is a fully automatic Stand that is activated by reigniting the lighter, and Polpo, the ability user, does not know how the Stand is acting. He is weak to light, moves in the shadows, and shoots arrows. This meant that only those who had become power users or simply kept their promise could join the team. He was ultimately killed by Giorno's Stand power, in what appeared to be a suicide.
Bruno Bucciarati

He was the leader of Polpo's team, and after Polpo died and he handed over his hidden assets to the organization, he was promoted to executive. His stand ability is Sticky Fingers. Bucciarati's abilities are highly valued by the boss, and although he is eventually killed by the boss, he is the one who initiated the boss's betrayal.

An executive who appeared with Trish to hand over Polpo's hidden assets, it is not stated what his team was. He also informed them of Bucciarati's promotion to executive officer when he requested the mission to protect Trish. He has great trust in his boss, but is not a psychic. After telling Bucciarati and the others the location of the disk related to Trish's handover, he commits suicide with a gun, not wanting to leave a single clue behind.

The protagonist of this work, Giorno Giovanna, first met someone from the organization just after the story began. That's right, it's "Tearful Ruka." He's quickly defeated and meets Bucciarati, who has come to gather information, but the fact that his first meeting is with that helpless thug doesn't really leave a good impression on the organization.

The boss never reveals his true identity. Sorbet and Gelato, members of the assassination team, begin to search for the boss's true identity. It all started when they were disgusted by the low pay of the assassination team. However, one day, Gelato is found dead on the sofa, having swallowed some fabric. Also, from that day on, the assassination team starts receiving mail containing something in a frame. As the mail is stacked day by day, it begins to take the shape of Sorbet. Yes, it is Sorbet cut into slices. Then they realize. Gelato is standing next to Sorbet as he is being sliced, and to avoid the torture that will likely be about to begin, he has swallowed the fabric and suffocated to death.

Passione established a drug route that was previously taboo and gained enormous wealth. When it started, the young people of the city also started to turn to drugs, which distressed Bucciarate. The assassination team discovered the boss' true identity because he had betrayed them in order to take over the drug route and steal his wealth.

Were the members of Passione hated by the town? No, no, that's not the case. However, Giorno and his team's pursuit unit contained many members of the assassination team, which may seem cruel, but in fact Bucciarati was well-liked by the old ladies of the town. Also, since many of the Passione members had public faces, it's likely that each team was viewed very differently. However, it's unlikely that the people on the drug route and the assassination team were the only ones who were familiar with the town.

Was Passione disbanded after the death of its boss, Diavolo? No, I don't think so. The boss became Giorno Giovanna, and his aide? With Mista as its leader, I think it transformed the organization into one with a righteous heart that doesn't allow drugs to be distributed. I'm just guessing based on the cover illustration, but I hope that's what happens.
