She's a reliable person, taking good care of Yayoi and her siblings, who are younger than her, leading the older Azusa as the leader of Ryugu Komachi, and pointing out problems that even Ritsuko doesn't notice. However, during promotional photo shoots, she tried to look "adult" but ended up using unfamiliar makeup, which ended up being a mistake. Watching the Futami sisters and Yayoi worry together makes her seem like she's still a child.
The Gentle Minase Iori

Iori may be selfish and tsundere, but she also has a gentle side. Even when Yayoi's younger brother, Chosuke, runs away from home, she listens to him kindly without attacking him. She cheered on Yayoi when she was about to give up during the inter-agency sports day, and when Ryugu Komachi was the only one late for 765 Pro's first all-star live performance due to a typhoon, she cried tears of frustration at not being able to help everyone. Even when Chihaya and Haruka were on hiatus, Iori tried to do everything she could to support them, demonstrating her kind and caring nature.

As an idol, Iori is always one step ahead of her fellow members. She debuted as part of the new unit "Ryugu Komachi" with Ami and Azusa, and quickly became a huge hit. Iori is particularly popular within the unit, and has become a guide for 765 Pro. However, as everyone else makes the most of their individual personalities and thrives, Iori begins to worry about her own personality and her future. Ritsuko decides to raise Iori to be the classic idol she envisions, and Iori also decides to aim to become a top idol alongside Ritsuko.
Iori Minase and Her Best Friend

Iori's best friend is the bunny plush toy she always cradles in her left arm. His name is "Charles Donatello XVIII", and they have been together since he was a child. When it gets torn, Iori repairs it himself, so it seems he has a lot of sentimental attachment to it. When he went missing for a while, Iori was incredibly upset, something Iori would never normally do. It's possible that the name was just a random answer Iori gave on the spot.
Minase Iori and the Minase Family

Iori's family consists of five people: her father, mother, and two older brothers. As mentioned above, the Minase conglomerate is a huge corporation with various affiliated companies under its umbrella. The family has numerous servants, including the butler Shindo. Her father is good friends with President Takagi of 765 Production. Her father is a businessman, and her two older brothers are so talented that they are said to be the best in the family, which made Iori feel inferior. Her father also had no intention of releasing Iori from the protection of the Minase family, so he took away Iori's freedom of choice and instead gave her everything she wanted. She became an idol to get back at her father and prove that she too had talent.
Iori Minase Admits Her Weakness

When Iori first joined the agency, she rarely communicated with others and spent most of her time alone. She always viewed the 765 Pro members as rivals and always tried to force herself. However, after spending time with the 765 Pro members and hearing Haruka's desire to "become idols together," she gradually began to feel closer to them. Iori, who used to think "being together with everyone" was a naive and weak concept, came to accept her weakness as a strength, acknowledge her own weakness of not being able to do anything alone, and resolve to walk with her teammates.
