This is a webcomic by an author who originally created adult doujinshi, so there's no mercy for the characters. The training scenes are full of blood and guts, and in the war scenes between the invading nations, one character is raped without mercy or a punchline like in a pornographic manga. A member of the allied forces captures an enemy leader and manipulates his brain, brainwashing him into joining their side. There's no mercy or restraint. While the rape scene isn't directly depicted online (though a brief glimpse of the aftermath is shown), it's perfectly depicted in the remake.
